Welcome to ThriveSeat, an all-in-one business management platform designed for service-based entrepreneurs across beauty, wellness, fitness, and creative industries. By accessing or using the ThriveSeat platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”), which form a legally binding agreement between you and CrownThrive, LLC, the parent company of ThriveSeat.

This Agreement governs your use of the platform, applications, and services provided via ThriveSeat, including any tools for booking, scheduling, staff management, client engagement, analytics, and affiliate programs.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any services provided by ThriveSeat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

1.1 Platform Ownership

ThriveSeat is owned and operated by CrownThrive, LLC, a Virginia-based company that powers an ecosystem of platforms and services committed to innovation, impact, and entrepreneurship. All content, software, features, and services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

1.2 Updates and Modifications

CrownThrive reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be announced via email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to stay informed.

1.3 Eligibility

To use ThriveSeat, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.

By signing up, you affirm that:

  • You are using ThriveSeat for a legitimate business or service-based purpose;
  • You are not barred from using digital platforms under applicable laws;
  • You will use the platform in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

1.4 Communications & Notices

By using ThriveSeat, you consent to receive all notices and communications electronically via the email associated with your account or posted within your dashboard. This includes service announcements, policy updates, billing notices, and legal disclosures.

For official inquiries or correspondence, users are encouraged to email us directly at contact@crownthrive.com. Support requests may be submitted through our helpdesk at https://help.crownthrive.com.

2. Subscription & Billing Terms

ThriveSeat operates as a subscription-based software platform. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the following terms regarding billing, renewals, fees, refunds, and financial responsibilities.

2.1 Subscription Plans & Billing Cycles

ThriveSeat offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans, with varying features and usage limits. Details of available plans are published on the ThriveSeat website and may change periodically to reflect evolving service capabilities.

  • Monthly Plans renew every 30 days from the date of initial payment.
  • Yearly Plans renew every 365 days unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • All subscription plans are prepaid and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2.2 Free Trial Terms

ThriveSeat offers a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan unless canceled before the trial expires. You may cancel anytime during the trial from within your account settings.

Note: Only one free trial is permitted per account. Abuse of trial access (such as creating multiple accounts) may result in suspension or permanent account restriction.

2.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • PayPal

All payments are securely processed via these third-party providers. CrownThrive does not store full credit card or banking details.

2.4 Service Fees & Social Impact Contributions

All monthly plans are subject to a 5% service fee.

This charge helps offset payment processing costs and supports our sustainability initiatives:

  • 1% of all transactions are contributed via Stripe Climate to support carbon removal technologies.
  • Learn more at: https://climate.stripe.com/S7JiiF
  • A portion of each subscription also contributes to:
  • Planting trees globally in rainforests, evergreen regions, and local reforestation efforts.
  • Cultivating 10 pounds of kelp for sustainable harvesting and ocean revitalization.
  • Removing 10 pounds of plastic from marine environments.

These initiatives are managed through our partnership with EcoDrive. Track our contributions at:

https://app.ecodrive.community/public-dashboard/b4ab0870-7f71-4415-8bac-9e653e3d7469

2.5 Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer refunds on any monthly or yearly plan, including partially used subscription periods, unless explicitly required by law.

  • We do not offer prorated credits for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • You may cancel your plan at any time from within your account settings. Cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not trigger a refund.

2.6 Taxes & Local Fees

Users are responsible for paying any applicable local, state, or federal taxes based on their location and usage. CrownThrive reserves the right to apply taxes during checkout where required.

3. User Accounts & Partner Responsibilities

ThriveSeat provides access to both individual users and business partners who manage their own client accounts through our platform. By registering, subscribing, or managing accounts under ThriveSeat, you agree to the following terms.

3.1 Account Registration & Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract to create a ThriveSeat account.
  • Each user must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Partner-Managed Accounts

ThriveSeat allows third-party partners (business owners) to use the platform to run and manage their own businesses. This includes creating sub-accounts for staff, clients, and managing various operational tools within the platform.

Partners agree to:

  • Only use ThriveSeat to operate legitimate, legal businesses.
  • Ensure that their staff and clients comply with ThriveSeat’s terms and all applicable laws.
  • Maintain ethical business practices and client confidentiality within their own operations.

CrownThrive, LLC is not liable for the actions, claims, or business outcomes of any independent business using ThriveSeat to run their operations.

3.3 Account Ownership

The individual or business entity that registers the ThriveSeat account is considered the account owner. In cases of dispute, we reserve the right to request documentation to determine ownership.

ThriveSeat is not liable for internal disputes between co-founders, team members, or business partners. It is your responsibility to properly manage user roles and access rights through your admin dashboard.

3.4 Data Accuracy & Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain accurate and complete business information.
  • Promptly update any changes to business, contact, or tax details.
  • Ensure client data and business records entered into the platform are lawful, owned by you, or properly licensed.

You may not upload or store any content that:

  • Is fraudulent, harmful, or violates privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Violates the rights of any third party or existing laws.

3.5 Termination & Suspension

ThriveSeat reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Your payment fails or your subscription lapses beyond the grace period.
  • You misuse the platform to harm clients, staff, or CrownThrive’s ecosystem integrity.

Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period unless required to be stored by law.

4. Acceptable Use & Platform Restrictions

To maintain the integrity, performance, and fairness of the ThriveSeat platform, all users — including individual subscribers, teams, and partners — must follow these Acceptable Use guidelines. Violations may result in suspension or termination of service.

4.1 Acceptable Use

ThriveSeat is a business productivity and service management tool intended for lawful, professional, and responsible use.

You agree to:

  • Operate your business in full compliance with applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
  • Use the platform to run, grow, or support your legitimate business or practice.
  • Respect the privacy, data, and intellectual property rights of your clients, team members, and CrownThrive.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You may not use ThriveSeat to:

  • Engage in or promote any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit clients, users, staff, or any party via the platform.
  • Access or attempt to access another user’s account without authorization.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code that interferes with the performance or security of the platform.
  • Use ThriveSeat in a manner that negatively affects service availability for others (e.g., spam, DDoS attacks, overuse of resources beyond assigned limits).
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or modify the platform in a way that competes with ThriveSeat or CrownThrive without prior written consent.

4.3 Fair Usage Policy

To ensure optimal platform performance for all users, ThriveSeat may enforce fair usage thresholds. These are tied to the specific features, user roles, staff accounts, booking volume, and other service limits defined in your selected plan. Attempts to bypass limitations (e.g., creating duplicate accounts to avoid staff caps) will be grounds for termination.

We reserve the right to:

  • Throttle access if abuse of system resources is detected.
  • Limit or restrict features if usage exceeds reasonable operational patterns for your selected plan tier.
  • Require upgrades for accounts that consistently exceed standard usage thresholds.

4.4 Enforcement & Violations

If you violate this section:

  • CrownThrive may immediately suspend or restrict your access without notice.
  • You may be permanently banned from ThriveSeat and related CrownThrive platforms.
  • Legal action may be pursued in cases of criminal activity, data theft, or defamation.

To appeal or resolve any restriction placed on your account, contact contact@crownthrive.com or file a support ticket at https://help.crownthrive.com.

5. Billing, Refunds, & Free Trial Terms

By subscribing to ThriveSeat, you agree to the following billing, refund, and trial terms. These policies apply to all users, partners, and business accounts operating under the CrownThrive ecosystem.

5.1 Billing & Payment Methods

  • ThriveSeat subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.
  • Accepted payment methods include Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.
  • Monthly plans will incur a 5% service fee to help offset transaction costs and support our environmental initiatives.

5.1.1 Social Impact Fees

A portion of the 5% service fee helps fund the following verified initiatives:

  • Stripe Climate: 1% of eligible revenue is contributed to carbon removal programs.
  • Learn more at https://climate.stripe.com/S7JiiF
  • EcoDrive: We support tree planting, kelp cultivation, and ocean cleanup. Depending on the campaign, your contributions help:
  • Plant trees in rainforests, evergreens, and local communities
  • Remove 10 pounds of plastic from the ocean
  • Cultivate 10 pounds of kelp for sustainable harvesting
  • View our campaign dashboard at https://app.ecodrive.community/public-dashboard/b4ab0870-7f71-4415-8bac-9e653e3d7469

5.2 Free Trial Terms

  • ThriveSeat offers a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required during the trial period.
  • At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using your account. Otherwise, access will be restricted.
  • Only one free trial is allowed per business or user. Abuse of this policy may result in suspension.

5.3 Refunds & Cancellations

  • No refunds are provided for any ThriveSeat plans unless required by applicable law.
  • No prorated credits or partial refunds are given for canceled subscriptions. All sales are final.
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription and billing preferences through the ThriveSeat dashboard.

5.4 Failed Payments & Account Suspension

  • If a payment fails, you will receive a grace period to resolve the issue. Failure to update your payment method may lead to account suspension or termination.
  • Reinstating a suspended account may incur a reactivation fee.

5.5 Tax Responsibility

  • Prices listed do not include taxes unless explicitly stated.
  • It is your responsibility to report and remit any applicable taxes to your local jurisdiction.

6. Service-Level Agreement (SLA)

ThriveSeat is committed to delivering a stable, reliable, and secure platform to all users and partners. This Service-Level Agreement (“SLA”) outlines our operational expectations regarding service uptime, performance, incident response, and general support. Please note that certain disruptions may occur outside of our control and are not covered by this SLA.

6.1 Uptime Commitment

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for all core ThriveSeat services on a monthly basis. This excludes:

  • Scheduled maintenance windows
  • Emergency patches or security updates
  • Outages caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting services, payment gateways)
  • Events categorized as force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, acts of war, power grid failures, or regulatory shutdowns

We do not guarantee absolute uptime but strive to meet or exceed this operational target under normal circumstances.

6.2 Scheduled Maintenance

From time to time, ThriveSeat may perform scheduled maintenance to update systems, apply security patches, or improve infrastructure performance.

  • Users will be notified at least 24 hours in advance, when feasible
  • Maintenance will generally be performed during low-traffic periods
  • Temporary service interruptions may occur but will be minimized as much as possible

6.3 Service Disruptions & Real-Time Updates

For real-time status reports, scheduled maintenance notices, and incident updates, users may refer to our official platform status page at:

https://status.crownthrive.com

6.4 Incident Response & Resolution Guidelines

In the event of a disruption, we classify issues by severity:

  • Critical incidents (e.g., platform downtime) will be addressed as a priority and receive initial attention within 1 hour whenever possible
  • Major issues affecting essential functionality will typically receive a response within 2 hours
  • Moderate issues (e.g., bugs or usability concerns) will be reviewed within 12 hours
  • Minor issues or suggestions will be acknowledged within 24 hours

We strive to resolve critical matters within 4–12 hours and all other matters in a timely fashion depending on complexity and scope. Resolution times are estimates and not guarantees.

6.5 Support Channels

  • For all inquiries or support requests, please contact our helpdesk: https://help.crownthrive.com
  • For account issues, billing, or business inquiries, email: contact@crownthrive.com
  • Our support team operates during standard business hours and may extend availability for high-priority situations

Enterprise and white-label partners may receive enhanced support based on their custom agreements.

6.6 SLA Limitations

This SLA applies only to paid ThriveSeat plans. Users on the free plan may receive limited support response times and reduced platform capabilities.

This SLA is not a guarantee of service nor a binding contract for compensation. ThriveSeat may, at its sole discretion, review and offer account credits in rare cases of excessive downtime, but such credits are not guaranteed.

7. Partner Use & White-Label Accounts

ThriveSeat permits third-party partners (“Partners”) to operate their own accounts or businesses through our platform. This section governs the rights, responsibilities, and limitations associated with such usage, including white-label deployments, managed accounts, and franchise/agency structures.

7.1 Definition of Partner Use

A "Partner" is any entity or individual that uses ThriveSeat to:

  • Operate multiple client accounts (e.g., agencies, studios, collectives)
  • Offer branded or co-branded access to ThriveSeat features
  • Resell access as part of a broader package or managed service
  • Leverage ThriveSeat under a white-label agreement or enterprise licensing deal

All such arrangements must be registered and approved by CrownThrive prior to launch unless otherwise specified in writing.

7.2 White-Label & Custom Branding

Partners with approved white-label agreements may:

  • Customize dashboard branding, domain routing, or terminology
  • Onboard their own users/clients within the limits of their license
  • Manage internal staff, customers, services, and revenue

White-label features are only available to enterprise-tier accounts and must comply with CrownThrive's visual guidelines, content policies, and data protocols.

7.3 Responsibilities of Partners

All Partners agree to:

  • Ensure their sub-users and clients follow all applicable Terms, Privacy Policies, and usage standards
  • Not misrepresent the relationship with CrownThrive or ThriveSeat in any public-facing material
  • Remain liable for the actions of any users managed under their account
  • Maintain secure access practices and immediately report any breach or abuse

Failure to comply may result in suspension, termination, or legal liability.

7.4 Usage Monitoring & Audit Rights

CrownThrive reserves the right to audit Partner accounts for:

  • Abuse of system resources (e.g., excessive appointment fraud, bot use)
  • Violations of ethical or legal standards
  • Sub-licensing or reselling not explicitly permitted
  • Activity that may damage the integrity of the platform or the CrownThrive brand

If any violations are found, CrownThrive may suspend or terminate access, remove branding customizations, or require corrective action.

7.5 Partner Support & Limitations

Partners are eligible for enhanced support through priority channels or dedicated liaisons depending on their agreement tier. However, ThriveSeat does not provide direct support to the Partner’s clients unless stated in writing. Partners are expected to deliver Tier 1 support internally.

All white-label implementations are delivered as-is, with no warranty of uninterrupted use, customization guarantees, or future functionality changes.

7.6 Partner Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between ThriveSeat Partners and their end users, clients, or staff are the sole responsibility of the Partner. CrownThrive is not responsible for service quality, disputes, or financial disagreements between you and your customer base.

We may, at our discretion, intervene to protect the integrity of our ecosystem or enforce legal compliance.

  • Modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time
  • Deny payment for fraudulent or disqualified referrals
  • Remove an affiliate from the program for violations, inactivity, or abuse

Any disputes should be submitted to our support team at https://help.crownthrive.com. All decisions by CrownThrive are final and binding.
